Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Trenchroom, which is operated by Captivo Commerce LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA (“we”, “us”). By signing in, you agree to them.

The service

Trenchroom is a read-only reporting dashboard for e-commerce operators. It combines your stores’ Shopify sales with your Google Ads and Meta Ads performance and shows revenue, ad spend, costs, ROAS and profit per store and per day, and helps teams track goals and tasks. Access is by invitation only.

Trenchroom only reads reporting data from the accounts you connect. It never creates, changes, pauses or deletes campaigns, ads, budgets or bids, and never changes anything in your stores.

Your account

  • Keep access to your e-mail address secure: it is how you sign in.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the members you invite.
  • Only connect stores and ad accounts you are allowed to access.

Your data

Your organization owns the data it brings into Trenchroom. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect integrations and ask us to delete your data at any time.

Acceptable use

  • Do not try to reach another organization’s data, break the security of the service, or overload it.
  • Do not use Trenchroom for anything unlawful.

Figures and decisions

Trenchroom calculates figures from the data it receives and the settings you enter; figures that rest on default values are labelled as estimates. The figures are information, not financial, tax or legal advice. Check important numbers against your own records before you act on them.

Availability

We work to keep Trenchroom available and correct, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted service. Third-party services (Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, payment providers, our hosting providers) can affect what Trenchroom shows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of figures shown in Trenchroom.

Ending use

You can stop using Trenchroom at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. When an organization leaves, its data is deleted within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
