Data deletion

You can stop Trenchroom’s access to your data and have it deleted at any time. Here is how.
1. Disconnect Google Ads
In Trenchroom, open Settings and choose Disconnect under Google Ads. We revoke the access token with Google and delete it from our systems immediately. No further Google Ads data is read after that.
2. Remove access in your Google account
You can also revoke Trenchroom’s access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The effect is the same: we can no longer read your Google Ads data.
3. Delete your data
To delete Google Ads data we already synced, your account, or all of your organization’s data, e-mail trenchroomapi@gmail.com from the address you use in Trenchroom. Say what you want deleted (Google Ads data only, your account, or everything for your organization).
- We confirm the request within 2 business days.
- We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail when it is done.
- Backups are overwritten within 30 days after that.
What we keep
Nothing that identifies you or your Google Ads accounts, unless the law requires us to keep a record of the request itself.
